the room is unfurnished but my roommate and i will definitely help with moving in, there is a shared living room that is pretty spacious with a couch and dining table, a kitchen, and washroom that we share, and the building itself is located in vanier that’s close to multiple bus routes, as well as a loblaws right next door. rent is $667 per month, hydro/wifi is separate. there is a laundry room out of our unit, and parking is behind the building for $50 a month

i am a student at uottawa but currently taking a few semesters off and working close to campus, on my days off i tend to stay in my room a lot playing games or watching shows, but i am friendly and would like to make some time to hang out together as roommates/friends. my roommate is a very nice person, friendly and outgoing, has a cat living with her but she is the sweetest cat you’ll ever meet, and often you’ll see her in the kitchen making meals that smell delicious :)
