Located in the Beaches neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk to Woodbine Beach and 30 minute streetcar ride to downtown Toronto. Very safe and convenient neighbourhood. The apartment is on the third floor of a small apartment building. It’s a one-bedroom apartment; you’ll get the main bedroom, and I’ve converted the living room into my bedroom (the living room is completely enclosed and off to one side, so we’ll both have complete privacy!). The main bedroom is large with two closets. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. All utilities and internet included in rent.

I’m a 33-year-old woman going back to school in September for a diploma in the health care field. I’m fairly introverted but friendly, and prefer a quiet and tidy living environment. I have two cats, so this room is ideal for someone who is comfortable with (and not allergic to) animals.
