Located in the Beaches neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk to Woodbine Beach and 30 minute streetcar ride to downtown Toronto. Very safe and convenient neighbourhood. The apartment is on the third floor of a small apartment building. The bedroom is large with two closets. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. All utilities and internet included in rent.

I’m a 33-year-old woman going back to school in September for a diploma in the health care field. I’m fairly introverted but friendly, and prefer a quiet and tidy living environment. I have two cats, so this room is ideal for someone who is comfortable with (and not allergic to) animals.
