Located downtown Fort McMurray, just behind the Pomeroy Hotel, the apartment is in a great spot with easy access to pretty much everything you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials are all nearby, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the building, making it easy to get around without a car.

The unit is on the lower floor and is a short, reasonable walk from Snye Point Park and Snye Lake, which is great if you enjoy getting outside or taking in some nice scenery. The landlady is genuinely one of the sweetest and most reasonable people I’ve rented from.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, quiet apartment in a convenient location with a relaxed atmosphere.

Right now, it’s just me living in the apartment. The space is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
