This is a mini-suite, in a house, consisting of a bed/sitting room, a full kitchen, and 3-piece bathroom, accessed thru rear private entrance. Large fenced yard with gravel parking area. Garden space available. Laundry by appointment in basement area. Bus stops both ways in front and across street. Four blocks to Westgate Mall. Neighboring houses are owner-occupied. Note: A couple could be accommodated, with a utilities surcharge, but you would have to really like each other to make it work.
About the roomies
The front suite also has a separate entrance. Current occupant is landlord’s family member. Landlord has a small private suite in the basement, with another private entrance. The yard and garden area are shared space. BTW any smokers must smoke or vape outside, even in -40C!!! Landlord does all yardwork and maintenance and responds quickly to tenant concerns.
