Myself, the owner is the only person living here. I keep the place neat and tidy. I work Monday to Friday away from home and am pretty active outside of work. I rent out one of the spare rooms from time to time to cover my costs. Not much traffic so if you are looking for a clean and quiet stay this would be the place.
