Roommate Wanted – Private room in a 5 1/2 (Verdun, available July 2026)

Hello! 👋 We are looking for a roommate for a private room in a 5 1/2 apartment, available from July 2026 to February 2027, with the possibility of renewing.

Location: Verdun H4G 1H3 🌳 Close to bus stops, a 7–10 minute walk to the metro, with nearby supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, plus recreational areas like the Verdun Beach and bike paths along the river. 🚍

The apartment includes: 1 full bathroom + 1 half bathroom, equipped kitchen, fridge, washer, and dryer. Hot water is included. Heating is electric and paid together with Hydro-Québec. No parking (street parking only).

Rent: $769 CAD per month + approximately $50 for Hydro and internet (may vary in winter).

The Room: Unfurnished, front-facing window, and a closet. 🏙️

About us: We are two calm and respectful roommates. Sebastián 🇲🇽 (35) works in a percussion performance company and in the industry (electro-mechanic and musician). He enjoys cycling, outdoor activities, and also values his personal space. Erik 🇨🇴 (24) works full-time, is easygoing, likes to enjoy the city and have good chats, although he is always out and about.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone responsible, organized, hygienically conscious in shared spaces, calm (no parties, no excessive noise), and who respects cohabitation agreements. LGBT+ friendly and 420 friendly (with respect in shared spaces).

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the apartment.
