Looking for a lovely female roommate to share my bright three-bedroom apartment right on Yonge Street, just steps from Yonge & Eglinton. 🏙️ The location is honestly hard to beat. There’s a bus stop literally outside our door, and Eglinton Station (Line 1, the Yonge-University line, plus the new Line 5 Eglinton Crosstown) is a 7-minute walk away, with all the cafes, shops, gyms and groceries you could want right around the corner. The room is fully furnished and totally move-in ready. 🛏️ You get a queen bed with a brand-new mattress, a real closet, a desk, a chair and a nightstand.

Rent includes hydro and high-speed internet, so no extra bills and no surprises at the end of the month. You’d share the kitchen, bathroom and living room (which has a super comfy couch 🛋️) with one other roommate and me.

A few more things so we’re on the same page: it’s a third-floor walk-up with no elevator, and the entrance is right off Yonge Street. For laundry, there’s a portable washing machine in the unit that’s perfect for everyday loads, plus a laundromat eight minutes away for anything bulky. 🧺 There’s one bathroom in the apartment.

I’m a tidy, easygoing working professional and I keep a calm, quiet home, so this would suit someone who likes the same kind of vibe.
