About the room

Newly renovated room in the basement of a house. Basement has it’s own bathroom and kitchenette. Quiet, family friendly cul de sac neighbourhood on the east end of town. Access to private backyard and steps from city bus route. Private side entrance to basement area.

About the roomies

Owner lives on main level of house. I have 2 children that are with me most days. Tenant must be OK with the fact they’re kids, and they’re loud. There is also 1 cat that will stay upstairs.
