We’re Looking for the Third Person in Our Home for July 1st or as soon as June 29th.

Rent is $770 plus utilities (~$30 for Internet and ~$35 for power), desk and bed with mattress are included free of charge. Deposit is $1533 (first and last month’s rent)

We have a room available in our 3-bedroom apartment in Centretown, directly across from the Bronson Centre. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to downtown, cafés, grocery stores, public transit, nightlife, and pretty much everything else.

• Proof of a regular source of income • You must already be in Canada (we do not offer virtual tours)

Your Future Roommates

🎨 Klaus, 33 I’m a serial project starter who also works in a café and referees soccer games in the evenings. I’m not home very often, but when I am, I enjoy cooking, keeping the apartment clean and tidy, listening to music, and spending time with my partner when they visit from Montreal.

Vivian (they/them, 22)! I just graduated from university and working full-time (hybrid) at a company I have interned for in Ottawa the past 2 years. My primary hobby is drag, but I also enjoy playing music (trumpet and/or bass), collaging, and taking care of my houseplants. I also have a cat named Bosco who lives with me wherever I go! He’s shy around new people but loves to cuddle with those he knows.

The Vibe at Home: We value our personal space and privacy. We’re easygoing roommates who won’t be intrusive or overly involved in your life.

If you feel like chatting while cooking or hanging out in a shared space, we’re always happy to connect. If you prefer keeping to yourself, that’s completely fine too. We enjoy the occasional spontaneous conversation and would be happy to share a meal, a drink, or some downtime together when schedules align.

Overall, we want the apartment to feel relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone who lives here.

What the Apartment Includes

In the kitchen, that means cleaning up after yourself and helping keep the space organized.

In the bathroom, everything is shared except personal items such as toiletries and towels.

The previous tenant’s bed frame is also available for free if you’d like it.

We’re currently putting effort into making the apartment cozier, more comfortable, and more stylish. We’d love to find someone who enjoys creating a beautiful living space and would like to contribute their own ideas and personality to the shared areas.
