This is not a party house.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful professional, retiree or mature student.
It is a NON-SMOKING house, no smokers please.
No drug or pot users; this includes occasional users.
The best “fit” in this household will be someone who is clean, mature, discreet, respectful, self-sufficient, independent and pays rent on time. We are not a group of friends who live together but rather guys who live their own lives and happen to share a house.
