We have a bright, open-concept townhouse near downtown Abbotsford that is close to UFV, bus routes and Highway 1. The private bedroom is located on the upper floor of the townhouse. The room has lots of natural light. There’s a shared bathroom as well as common spaces in the home including: kitchen, living and dining room, balcony, and in-home laundry. Street parking is available.

I’ve lived with my roommate, Stephanie, for several years doing community living at this townhouse. We value a calm, respectful home environment with a balance of shared community and personal space.
