We have a big room with walk in closet and private bathroom opening up.

The home: -You would have your own bathroom -We have two living rooms -We have two decks a seating area in front of the door, veggie garden and a big front lawn -We have a washer and dryer -Kitchen is big with dish washer, microwave (the air fryer is leaving us but we’ll probably get a new one)

Location: -Very quiet area -1 minute from PKOLS (Mount Doug), 10 from the ocean -15 to UVic by Bike -20 Downtown by car -Bus line 28 less than 1minute away

There are some communal living standards in the house to keep the vibes as lovely as they are:

-We keep the house tidy and relatively clean. It is important to us that everyone feels responsible for the shared spaces. -We love Yuna (our roommates kitten), and when her mom is not home, we make sure she is cared for. -we love to sleep, so it is important to us to keep the quiet hours

Accessibility: -Unfortunately, our home is not wheelchair friendly as there is a flight of stairs that goes into our living space

Some things we are looking for: -a female or nonbinary person -someone NOT allergic to cats -someone who is generally at a similar point in life -someone who likes to be communal (we like to host little gatherings and some bigger parties together, watch TV together, go on day trips, craft together etc.)

You would be living with three lovely working gals.

On cosy days they craft, knit, bake, binge watch whatever show has got them hooked, play with our sweet cat Yuna, garden.

When they feel social they host BBQs, the occasional party, and go dancing (salsa, bachata, Kizomba, line dance).
