Located along 96th Ave, close to Cedar Hills Plaza, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, TD and Vancity. 5-10 minutes away from Surrey Central Mall, SFU and KPU. 4 Bus stops are right outside the complex. It is a very quiet and safe complex.

We are a couple, both have full time jobs. I am Medical Lab Tech and my husband is a shop assistant. Two kids are married and had moved out so we decided to have their rooms rented out. We are out most of the day and when we are home we just settle in our room to rest and relax. We are warm, caring and happy couple. We welcome people in our home as a family. We don’t have pets. We love a clean and tidy place so we are looking for a clean and hygienic person. Our house is very cozy and homey.
