We are quiet and clean we don’t party or do drugs we do smoke cigarettes but only outside .. we can assure you that you will have all the privacy you need . The bathroom is located right outside your room and is basically your bathroom as we have one in the master bedroom . The kitchen and living room is shared . Washer and dryer is also upstairs and your more than welcome to use it. There is plenty of storage if needed
