Room is private with its own lock. Located upstairs and facing inner courtyard, it is very quiet and a great little space for studying or relaxing after a long work day.

Rent includes internet and cleaning ladies who come twice a month and do the whole house. Power is split three ways; everyone pays a third.

Shared kitchen means appliances and dishes are available for everyone to use. You’ll have the entire fridge freezer to yourself, one third of the fridge, and a full cupboard section for your own dry goods.

The mid section of the house is the common gathering area for meals, tv, crafting, and hanging out if that’s something you’re comfortable with.

Papertowel, toilet paper, bathroom hand soap, dish soap is all covered by the house. You’re welcome to our laundry soap, but if you have special requirements you will have to provide them yourself. We use non-scented laundry soap, but that is not a requirement.

Neighborhood is very friendly and there are a lot of kids and people with dogs. If you have a vehicle there is a parking space in the driveway, if you ride the bus, the 7A and 7B are just a two minute walk away.

I (Meagan) am a 36yo aromantic woman working nights five days a week, so you’re guaranteed to have a quiet night upstairs as Sam (Also 36yo woman; ace) lives in the basement with her two cats. Sam works from home and is always available to grab packages and deliveries if requested.

We enjoy hanging out in mid on weekends and watching tv together, so we’re open to that being a communal housing activity if that’s something you’re open to. If you’d rather stick to your room that is also fine.

We are looking for a clean, non-smoking and non-drinking** roommate for at least six months, but open to longer.

Female preferred, trans also welcome, gay men also welcome. No couples please.

**Drinking is fine, we just do not want alcohol in the household.
