Looking for a female roommate to share my bright three-bedroom apartment right on Yonge Street, just steps from Yonge & Eglinton. 🏙️ The location is honestly hard to beat. There’s a bus stop literally outside our door, and Eglinton Station (Line 1, the Yonge-University line, plus the new Line 5 Eglinton Crosstown) is a ten-minute walk away, with all the cafes, shops, gyms and groceries you could want right around the corner.

The room is about 70 sq ft, fully furnished and move-in ready. 🛏️ You get a twin bed with a brand-new mattress, and it’s set up with plenty of storage: the bed has four large drawers built in underneath (that can fit my entire closet), a hanging rack for your coats and dresses, an open shelving unit for everything else, a desk with storage and a chair. It’s a cozy room, but it’s bright and airy with a big window and a lovely rooftop view, so it feels lighter and roomier than the square footage suggests. 😊

💡 Hydro and high-speed internet are included, so no extra bills and no surprises at the end of the month. You’d share the kitchen, bathroom and living room (with a very comfy couch 🛋️) with one other roommate and me.

A few things so we’re on the same page: it’s a third-floor walk-up with no elevator, and the entrance is right off Yonge Street. For laundry, there’s a portable washing machine and dryer in the unit that’s perfect for everyday loads, plus a laundromat eight minutes away for anything bulky. 🧺 There’s one bathroom in the apartment.
