A fully furnished room is available in our 3 bed, 1 bath home in North Burnaby. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Burrard Inlet and mountains. The house has in-suite laundry, a spacious backyard, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The area has frequent transit options to both SFU (~10-15 min walk+10min bus ride) and downtown, and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Rent price is per person and includes wifi/utilities which are held at a constant rate.

We’re two grad students at SFU in our early-mid 20s who’ve been living here for two years. Our third roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her lease (+maybe last month). We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful and would love to live with someone similar! The lease is up at the end of July, so we’re looking for someone to sublet for July and then renew in August with us after that (lease is 1 year with subletting allowed). Can also do starting in August as well if July does not work for you.
