One bedroom in a two-bedroom unit with a private bathroom in a new apartment building. The unit is within a few minutes’ walk of several bus stops and just a short walk from both Universities making it very convenient for transit and commuting.
The room features high ceilings, a large window, and blackout curtains. Mattress and desk are included. Clothing rack is available upon request ($30), as there is no built-in closet space.
Located on the second floor, this apartment includes a large balcony facing a schoolyard. Shared amenities include a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and on-site laundry located on the first floor.
Rent is $1,100/month, paid to the roommate. High-speed internet is included, and utilities are split. Usually comes to an extra $35.
Move-In is flexible if needed earlier.
About the roomies
You would be sharing the space with a 4th year Arts & Business student at Waterloo Uni. Super nice cat comes with the apartment! He is a total sweetheart and cuddly. Roommate is super friendly, easy to get along with and communicate with. Shared spaces are kept fairly clean and honestly not used a ton.
