I live in “The Eleanor”, Upper North Vancouver. At the risk of sounding boastful, it is the newest and nicest, highest end building in my neighborhood. I live in an approximately 650 sq ft condominium. It is a one bedroom so you will be on a futon in a corner of the living room. This being said, I am a very busy person, I travel often and so you will have the place to yourself often.

I am a 56 years old professional male. I own one of the most prolific Consulting Firms on Occupational Health and Safety in British Columbia. I work long hours and travel extensively throughout the province. I am looking for a solid, trustworthy roommate whom I can leave alone for extended periods without worry. As you will see from the pics that I post, though it is a shared accommodation, it is outstanding in that we have a 100 sq ft patio I have converted to a home gym, a 1000 sq ft community room immediately outside of my condominium. There is a guest suite for our of town visitors. And the best part for an urban condominium building is a well landscaped fully fenced yard. I avoid drama and conflict like the plague. So I favor living with a member of the LGBTQ2S+ Community. Age and gender are irrelevant. A great place for Capilano University students or ski/snowboard trail buffs.
