MOVE-IN DATE: September 1, 2026. If you move in partway through the month, we’ll pro-rate your first month’s rental cost so you’re not paying for the whole thing.

PRICE: $975 + utilities/internet ($100 ~ $130 monthly, approximately)

Laundry on site in basement Parking is a bit tight, could potentially squeeze in one more car. We have a garage, but it would need to be reorganized.

TOTAL RENT FOR ENTIRE UNIT: $4000

LOCATION: Near Rathburn and Mavis in Mississauga, just west of Square One Shopping & Dining Center and east of UTM.

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate agreement, to keep rental cost down. RTA protected lease signed with the landlord potentially negotiable. Lease term is month-to-month

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant, looking for roommate to replace a different roommate who will be moving out in September.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases capped at provincial guideline (Unit lived in before Nov 15, 2018).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, Credit check, Landlord references, Tenant Insurance, Past rental history, Last month’s rent deposit.

Additional Information: Unfurnished bedroom in a fairly central location of Mississauga west available September 1. There are two rooms up for grabs, to be discussed between one of current tenants who’s looking to switch rooms. There will be a total of 4 people, ages between early 20s and early 30s, residing in the house once the spot is filled.
The house is located fairly close to the Square One transit hub, as well as highways 403 and 410. second and third floor of the house. Lots of amenities nearby, including 3 Asian supermarkets within a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave and 2 fridges/freezers. There is also a nice and quiet backyard, which includes a wood-burning barbecue. Ideal housemate would be responsible in cleaning up after themselves, have had experience living in shared accommodations, and is willing to contribute to replenishing common-use items as well as weekly-rotating assignment of light cleaning tasks.

This is an LGTBQIA+-friendly, 420-friendly (outside only) household.
