About the room
Shared accommodation. Near Fanshawe college in Woodstock. For the summer, a window AC will be put in. Washer and dryer in the basement. The room also has a tv with a firestick already mounted on the wall.
About the roomies
I work out of town, full time days. My 14 year old son will be home every other week during the summer. My son is very quiet. On the weekends we are active and will spend a lot of time away. I consider myself to be fairly tidy and easy going. The room isn’t large, hence a lower price.
