The room:

• furnished & own private bathroom next to the room!
• wonderful floor to ceiling windows with lots of sunlight throughout the day!
• has a whole living room & kitchen in between the two rooms
• has own heating panel for inside the room! We have a brand new portable AC for the summertime that is in the shared space but we have it set cold enough that it works for both rooms as well!
• in suite laundry!!! Brand new Samsung machines installed last year December :3

The property:

• very nice gym downstairs and plenty of other amenities: meeting room, rec room, movie theatre, bowling alley
• very transit friendly! 1 minute away from King George station by foot!
• super convenient! Got every type of cuisine right downstairs & any grocery needs within the area as well!

The area:

• it’s super safe & is becoming a new central hub to Surrey! There’s a Breka that has just opened and a Big Way coming!!!
• is really close to the SFU Surrey campus (10 minute walk)

In the other room: My partner and I live in the other room across the place! We are a quiet but fun young couple in our mid-20s which means both of us work full-time and spend a decent amount of time outside too! We’ve always lived with other roommates and are communicative and respectful people! We love to make friends with the person we are living with! In our free time we go riding, go on side quests, hang out with friends and will binge watch a show here or there as well!

We also have two sweet cats named Nana & Tuktuk who you will see in photos! Both of them are super friendly and love to get along with people (though Tuktuk might take a bit of time to fully warm up 😂)
