We are offering a private room furnished with a single bed. This is a 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor of the building located at Bloor and Ossington.

The location is very accessible. You will have direct access to TTC Subway Line 2 as it’s right beside the station.

We are moving in on July 1st and the room will be available from July 6 onwards. Right now, the apartment is unfurnished in the photos but you can expect the living room and the dining area to be furnished by the time you move in. The unit already comes with a stove and fridge. Laundry is off site but only 5 min away from the apartment.

Viewing will be available from July 2 onwards.

Hello future roommate!

I’m Khaezel and my partner’s name is Brad, we are a young couple looking to share our home with someone who enjoys a peaceful, clean and happy place to live in.

I work hybrid and Brad works in-person. When we are home, we like to play video games, cook and go for walks. We like having small group of friends over (2-3 people) occasionally and you’re welcome to do the same. We are open to social interactions with you but also respect personal space and time.

We are very mindful of shared spaces and make sure everyone enjoys it for their own activity. With that, we do our best to keep the house clean and tidy and be considerate of noise levels. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in cleaning after themselves.

We understand that living with new people requires adjustments and we’re always open to discussing things in a diplomatic way so that we can all live in harmony, we’re pretty chill.
