Unfurnished room with a large closet. Shared kitchen and washroom. I will be cleaning washroom weekly. You will be responsible for cleaning up the kitchen after each use. Maintain a clean and organized fridge. Laundry is down the hall paid machines 5 dollars a load (wash and dry) … and parking would be extra if needed… all other expenses are included in the 900.00 per mth.
