Sunny and bright room for rent in Riverdale. Available furnished or unfurnished. The room has a closet and a window that faces west. Utilities and internet included. It’s a really nice area with great parks (Withrow and Riverdale) and a very short walk to lots of transit options (10 min walk to Chester station, Broadview streetcars 504/505, and to Gerrard/College car 506).

I’m a musician/artist so tend to get along best with creative folks (but that’s not required). I’m also trans/nonbinary so tolerant, progressive, and queer-friendly people only.
