Your bedroom comes with a queen size bed, dresser, closet and desk. You will also have the third floor space to yourself; a cute, renovated area that is great for a living space. The third floor space comes with a television and rug, but can be removed on request. My location is right near a bus stop, and walking distance to a few great restaurants. Neighbours are friendly too.

Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, backyard and basement laundry.

No smoking in the house, but you can use the backyard.

I am a single professional woman in my early forties. I live on my own with a medium sized dog and two cats. I work full time 9-5, and remotely. My house is peaceful, I don’t often have people visit. I’m up around 7:30 am and turn in around 11 pm. I’ll ask for low volume music and tv after 11pm.
