The house is furnished, but your bedroom is not. You’re welcome to use my dishes Etc. It is three bedroom upper level one open Deck with barbecue on one end of the house, the other and of the house has a covered deck. You would have the big bathroom as I have the bedroom with the en suite, but house guests would use the main bathroom. Also, I have some things in the main bathroom closet such as towels blankets Etc. The third bedroom is set up to be a spare bedroom if either of us have guests to accommodate them. There are two fridges, the one inside the house would be yours the one on the covered deck is the one I use. There is a freezer in the indoor fridge which we share, as well as a chest freezer downstairs. It also has a washer and dryer, and some space for storage Under the Stairs. My current roommate uses the closet for the spare bedroom as well, which you could do also. It’s very peaceful and 7 minutes walk from trails for hiking, ample parking, and close to bus route. Also if you drive it’s about a 4 to 7 minute drive to any grocery store. Utilities and cable / internet or Not Included in the rent price.

I am a 50 year old female who works 5 days a week for supported living house. I am very easy going, and a big kid at heart lol. I smoke outside on the deck, no hard drugs, weed is acceptable outside. I just asked for respect for my property, and for someone who cleans up after themselves. Every once in awhile I like to break out the karaoke in the house, if it’s okay with the downstairs , and my roommate. I am very respectful and keep things neat and tidy.
