About the room

Hi everyone!

I am renting the 2nd room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Note the apartment is fully furnished (i.e. couch, TV, cookware/glassware), however, I’ve just moved in so these are the before pics since I still need to set things up!

Your room will NOT be furnished. However, if you require, I can furnish it with a bed and bed frame for an additional fee.

Who I’m looking for - Someone clean and respectable, but more importantly someone fun who I can call a friend! I am open to and have experience living with all genders/orientations.

What you get - A room (See Sleep 9.0ft x 9.6ft in the last picture) with plenty of storage, your own bathroom, and a beautiful brand new apartment. The glass wall also has blinds for privacy. The room is big enough to fit a double bed and a study desk. I also have a locker downstairs which you are welcome to use.

Location: Regent Park (minutes to Riverdale Park, Corktown Common, Distillery District, East Toronto) Transportation - mintues to Dundas/King/Queen streetcar lines Grocery - minutes to Rabba, FreshCo Structural Details: 700sqft, east and north facing, amazing natural sunlight. Amenities: Pool, Sauna, Full Gym, Lounge/Party Room, Fire Pit/BBQ, Study Room, Coworking Space, Sports Lounge, CarShare, Hotel Room for Rent, Private Locker For Storage Lease Term: July 1 - Dec 31 (6m + possibility to extend) Rent - $1600/month + utilities (first and last month’s rent required). Internet - Yes (I will cover it) Extra - Parking (available for an additional fee). Furnished - No (available for an additional fee)

About the roomies

A bit about me - I’m someone who loves to go out, usually to spend time with friends, stay fit by going to the gym/running/biking! I’m very clean and hope you are too. I also enjoy vinyl music, cooking and more (I’d be happy to have you try some of my recipes as well!) I’m a working professional who’ll be going to the office 3d/week and working from home 2d/week, so as long it’s not too loud on those days, we should get along great!
