Private furnished room available in a spacious 2,600 sq. ft. home in the safe and desirable Guildford/Fleetwood neighbourhood. The house was renovated by Jillian Harris and the Love It or List It Vancouver team and featured on Season 4 of the show.

About the Home: ● 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ● Owner (myself) occupies the primary bedroom ● Daughter is present 4 days per week and uses only the owner’s ensuite bathroom ● One additional female roommate occupies the third bedroom ● Available room is the fourth bedroom

: The room is compact and best suited to a minimalist lifestyle, but feels bright and spacious thanks to soaring ceilings and skylights with blackout shades. It comes furnished with: ● Bed with under-bed storage ● Desk ● Dresser ● Small closet ● Wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included

You will share the main upstairs bathroom with only one other female roommate. There is also a rarely used bathroom on the main floor, so bathroom access is never an issue. Photos show the room when it was decorated for my daughter but the room will only include the furniture.
