AVAILABLE JULY 01** Private room in a large 2600sqft house, beautifully renovated home (it was renovated by Jillian Harris and the Love it or List it Vancouver team and was featured on Season 4 of the show) in a nice Guildford-Fleetwood neighbourhood. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite is occupied by me, one bedroom by my daughter who uses my ensuite. The 3rd bedroom by an existing roommate and you will be in the 4th bedroom. The room is on the smaller side so it really is for the minimalist. Despite its size, it is stylish and thoughtfully furnished with under bed storage. It is bright and feels spacious thanks to skylights (with closable shades) and ultrahigh ceilings. It has a small closet with a dresser inside, and a desk. Room also features a Smart TV on the wall with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The main upstairs bathroom is near your bedroom and will be shared only with only other female roommate. There is also a bathroom downstairs that is mostly unused so you’ll never be stuck waiting!

I’ve included photos of the room when it was decorated for my daughter. It will come as a blank slate for you but with all the furniture.

Rent includes high speed internet, utilities, laundry, some consumables such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies (not laundry detergent), and a parking spot on the driveway if you have a car. Bus stop for 335 Surrey Central/Newton 10mins walk and 326 Guildford/KG Stn 4min walk. Closest cross street is 157 street and 93 ave.

I am a working professional and I have my 10 year old daughter 4 days a week. She is well behaved and never intrusive. We are all tidy, trustworthy, respectful working people who get along well. I am friendly and easy going but I do like to have a tidy home! Looking for someone with similar values.
