Quiet, mature, professional, clean. Don’t drink or smoke. Don’t like to party. Stable job (full-time, employed over a decade), steady income. Prefer to be near Yonge & Sheppard. Intend to rent for at least a year. I currently rent on my own, but would like to save money for future home ownership by living with a roommate.

I like to commute by bike or public transit. Not big on cooking greasy food or using heavy spices. I clean up after myself and have no qualms about sharing responsibilities. Calm demeanor, respectful and in my opinion, considerate.

Hobbies include physical activity (swim, jog, bike, etc.), guitar, video games, internet. Have a love/hate relationship with instant noodles. Don’t think I’m allergic to anything. Serious in appearance but easy to get along with.
