Hi! I’m looking for a long-term stay (2+ yrs) while studying locally. Seeking a room including utilities, a private bathroom, and a female roommate in West, North, or Central Edmonton.

I need a calm, clean environment: no excessive drugs/alcohol, no unannounced overnight guests (please text me before any visitor, including tradespeople). Cats are fine, no dogs. For shared spaces, I just ask that the kitchen is left clean after use and we do a quick weekly check-in on common areas—I’ll pull my weight.

I’m quiet and keep to myself, but friendly and open when it matters. Ideal match is someone balanced, considerate, and communicates calmly when something’s off.
