Hi! I’m a young professional and independent business owner looking to team up with a roommate for a two-bedroom apartment lease. I am a highly clean and hygienic person who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean, and it is important to me that my roommate shares those same standards. I tend to keep to myself during the workday but my hours of work do vary but enjoy socializing on occasion. Hosting a casual board game or card night is definitely my vibe. I also love to cook and am quite talented in the kitchen. Despite my love for animals, I have a severe medical respiratory allergy to cats. I need to move into an explicitly “No Pets Allowed” managed building to ensure the environment is allergen-free from day one. Additionally, as an Ace man who has had unpleasant living experiences in the past, I prefer for a female, non-binary, or queer/Ace-friendly roommate to ensure a safe, respectful, and progressive living dynamic. My budget split is around $700 a month, with some flexibility depending on the square footage allocated for my workspace layout. I am focusing on Osborne Village, Transcona, or River East, but I am open to other areas. My priority is finding easy transit connections to my favorite local hobby spots: Gameknight Games on Osborne and Galaxy Comics on Henderson Highway
