My name is Shawn McDowell. I am 45 and I am a non-smoker/non-drinker. I work as a manager/server in a restaurant located in The Well. I am a quiet, clean and very respectful.

I am looking for a room for May 1st. I am open to committing to 3 to 6 months, and if the situation is working out, I will stay long term. Looking for a room with private washroom if possible.
