Hello! I am a full-time graduate student moving back to the city. I consider myself a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. I am a good communicator and like to take care of the space I live in. I keep pretty busy throughout the week. Although not necessary for a good roommate dynamic, it’s nice to have a balance of being able to chat sometimes but also do our own thing. I definitely would love to have a conversation to answer any questions/concerns or just to have a general conversation to make sure its a good fit for all of us :).
