Description

Hey there! My name is Amjad, and I’m from the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. I’m soon to be a Master’s student in Planning at Dalhousie University, and I’m currently looking for a place in Halifax for September 2026. I’d describe myself as clean, organized, respectful, and easygoing. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and enjoy living in a friendly and considerate household. I like to socialize in my downtime, listen to music (on my headphones), and stay active. I am cannabis friendly if done outside, and I’m queer-friendly and value a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Just found my 2nd roommate here. Roomies makes it easy and less stressful. Great place to find a roommate.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

— Arnold, Roomies user

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

— Michael, Roomies user

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
