Hi, I’m Manavv, a working professional. I’m looking for a private room with a private bath. Ideally, something within walking distance of an Expo Line station (Commercial–Broadway to King George, any station works). I can view right away.

A bit about me: I work out 4 days a week, follow soccer, and keep a regular routine. I keep my space clean and organized, cook simple food (air fryer, shakes, occasional takeout), and I’m respectful of shared spaces and privacy. Easygoing, quiet, and normal to live with.

My office is in Surrey, so the closer I am to Surrey Central, the better. Preferably a high-rise.
