Hello, I will be starting my PhD in engineering at York University. I’m looking for somewhere in the North York area, west of Yonge, though am willing to go closer to downtown if needed but I’d like a place along the west side of the Line 1 subway for an easier commute as well as in walking distance of a grocery store. I’m a quiet person who keeps things neat and tidy. I clean on set schedules and don’t leave messes around. I don’t smoke or vape. I am allergic to cats (unfortunately) but am open to other pets.
