Hey! I’m a university student and I also run a charity. I study and work remotely, so I’m home fairly often, although I’m trying to get out more.

I enjoy watching baseball, investing, video games, deep chats, cooking, helping people, and traveling the world.

I’m looking for a peaceful, friendly home with kind people who clean up after themselves and respect shared spaces. I’ve had some rough roommate situations with constantly having to clean up other people’s messes, so a reasonably tidy home is important to me. I like to cook homemade meals so having access to a clean kitchen is a necessity.

I don’t drink or use drugs, I’m financially stable and reliable with rent/bills, and I’m allergic to all animals. I also have OCD, so I’d strongly prefer a place with my own private bathroom.

Mostly, I’m just looking for a comfortable, drama-free home where everyone can get along and be respectful. Kindness and friendship are a bonus!

My price range is flexible but I would prefer to not go 1000+ as at that point, I might as well get my own place.
