About me:

Hi, I’m Josh. I’m 29 and a Political Science student at the University of Winnipeg. I’m looking for a place for August 1st with friendly, caring, respectful people who value a calm and clean home.

I’m pretty big on organization, cleanliness, and keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m especially sensitive to insects/pests, so I’m looking for a place where cleanliness and pest prevention are taken seriously. I’m not looking for a party house — more of a stable, peaceful, comfortable environment where everyone communicates well and respects each other’s space.

I’m friendly and easy to get along with, and I’d like to live with people who are kind, dependable, and considerate. I’m happy to chat, share a meal sometimes, or be social, but I also appreciate quiet time and personal space.

Looking for:

A clean, organized, pest-free home with friendly and stable roommates. Ideally, people who are respectful, caring, communicate directly, and take shared responsibilities seriously.
