About me:

Hi, I’m Josh. I’m 29 and a Political Science student at the University of Winnipeg. I’m looking for a place for August 1st with friendly, respectful, caring people who want a calm and clean home.

I’m organized, considerate, and pretty big on keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m especially sensitive to insects/pests, so I’m looking for a home where cleanliness and pest prevention are taken seriously. I’m not looking for a party house — I’m looking for somewhere stable, peaceful, and comfortable, where people communicate well and respect each other’s space.

I’m a caring person and I genuinely try to be helpful to the people around me. I’m the kind of roommate who will do my part, be considerate, and try to keep things peaceful. At the same time, I really value mutual respect, clear communication, and everyone taking shared responsibilities seriously.

I’m happy to chat, share a meal sometimes, or become friends if it happens naturally, but I also appreciate quiet time and personal space. For me, the ideal roommate situation is one where we’re all saving money, living peacefully, and making the home feel safe, clean, and comfortable.

Looking for:

A clean, organized, pest-free home with friendly, stable, and respectful roommates. Ideally, people who are kind, dependable, caring, communicate directly, and want peaceful relations at home. Friendship is a bonus, but mutual respect and a calm living environment matter most.
