I work in construction full time. I play sports and go out with friends occasionally. I’m not at home 75-100 hrs by-weekly. I usually like to wind down and relax on my time off, enjoying my alone time at home. I enjoy cooking healthy meals for myself on a regular basis. I will clean all common areas and my own room. I will be respectful of others, their belongings, any rules and boundaries agreed upon by my roommates. I’am usually quiet and keep to myself. Based on my income and monthly budget, I can afford a 700$ monthly rent comfortably.
