Hi there! I am a Canadian Armed Forces member and professional contractor/business owner looking for a clean, respectful shared living arrangement in South Barrie or Angus. ​Because of my military routine and work schedule, I keep an early, structured routine and am out of the house during the day. I am extremely clean, disciplined, quiet, and 100% reliable with rent. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and value a peaceful, organized home environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. ​What I’m Looking For: I am looking for a private room with a budget of up to $1,000/month (ideally inclusive of utilities). Please note: I am looking strictly for an above-ground room (main floor or upper level) with plenty of natural light, as I prefer to avoid basements. ​Preferred Location & Commute: I need a location with a quick, easy commute to CFB Borden (ideally South-West Barrie, the Holly/Ardagh area, or Angus) so I can get to the base efficiently and eliminate a long daily drive.
