Looking for a quiet environment. I will be either at work or in my room on my computer during most of my free time. I will need a parking spot. To me, privacy includes quietness. Given the reality of walls not being soundproofed the way they should be, I will wear headphones when watching movies or listening to music and I want to expect the same from all my neighbour tenants in rooms right next to mine.
