I’m a mature soon-to-be 62 year young, independent gentleman who is highly focused on health, respect, and cleanliness. I am looking to live with equally responsible and tidy individuals.

I’ve built a wonderful reputation working with the 50/50 team at the Canadian Tire Centre over the years. While the hockey season is finished until September, we still do have a few events throughout the summer, like this coming weekend, Guitars and Gasoline at the Calabogie Speedway. I am also actively pursuing an online business, and have a couple of interviews lined up over the next couple of weeks for part-time work.

I don’t follow the typical “early to bed, early to rise” corporate routine, which means I’m a very low-impact housemate who won’t be in anyone’s way during the morning rush. My routine is very low-impact: I don’t smoke or do drugs, I drink only socially, and I highly value a spotless home. I spend my days focused indoors on building an online business, but my evenings are spent out active, often logging 15,000+ steps on nightly walks.

To help further support me finanically I do receive social assistance, and are able to offer first and last month’s rent.

I know I can be a great addition for the right situation.
