I always pay my rent in full on time. I’m looking for a room in a shared space, bachelor apartment, or artist-studio live-in loft. I am a post graduate student virtually studying/researching, and writing, and work as an educator. I’m down to earth, open minded, young at heart, easy going, and strive to sustain a stress free lifestyle. I’m a mature, reliable, Canadian female, who is respectful towards other peoples’ privacy, preferences, and personal belongings. I participate in shared household duties (in and out side) and responsibilities (replenishing communal supplies). I am environmentally conscious of water, electricity and WiFi usage, waste management, and compost/recycle/reuse according to municipal guidelines. I don’t have pets/plants, but don’t mind animal companions or green caretaking tasks. I don’t consume chemicals/alcohol/nicotine/etc., but don’t mind nor judge those who do. I enjoy social activities: meals (shopping, preparing and sharing), culture (art/museum galleries, film/music festivals, theatre/dance/live shows), fitness (hiking, biking, swimming, etc.), and DIY crafting and artivism.
