Hello! My name is Rayne, I’m nonbinary (they/them pronouns), and my roommates and I are looking for a queer and/or trans roommate for our place in Banff Trail for February 1st. Rent is $600/month, with utilities being an extra ~$70/month (give or take $20 depending on usage). The room is a bit small but has good sunlight, and there is also a closet behind the door. We are close to U of C train station, as well as the 65 bus route (both directions), and a 10 min walk from the Brentwood shopping area, as well as other bus routes such as the 20, 9, and 38. It’s a chill, trans/queer house, with a total of 5 people once all rooms are filled. Just to clarify, this is one rented room within a shared house with other people. Pets are not ideal, since I have allergies, but could potentially be negotiated, and would have a monthly pet fee of $40. Damage deposit of $660. Current lease goes to July 31st.
