• Budget: $750/month or less

• Move-in: September 1, 2026

• Lease: Long-term

• Rent:  I found a good studio+den in a new apartment, and it will be shown August 8, 2026.

• Type: Room in a shared place

• Must-have: Bright space, calm atmosphere, clean, organized, positive environment with hustlers, as I have this mindset as well. -More: happy to play board games occasionally.

• Organized, very clean, respectful, honest. I’m expecting the same in return (important). (1)

• I don’t drink alcohol, prefer a healthy lifestyle and have a sleep-wake cycle. (yeah :D)

• In my free time, I prefer to stay in(read, watch movies) and go out(fitness, dance, socialize)

• Compatible with a peaceful and quiet roommate. I’m pretty quiet myself when I’m at home (2) Roommate Preference
