I am a 20-year-old female, I work at the LCBO and have a completed social service worker diploma. I am looking to move out of a current rental in North York. Current paying 1450 but rent is being increased in the new year. Wanting something a little bit cheaper I am a very relaxed person. You do what you need to do, I only ask for cleanliness and any communication of expectations as roommates to be shared openly. I work in North York right now and therefore want to stay close in the area but willing to rent closer to Toronto if unit is close to the subway station.
