I am a financial/insurance advisor and I go to university online part-time to complete my degree in business administration. I am looking for a responsible, considerate and mature female roommate (who is either a working professional or a student, is clean, quiet, with no kids and no pets) to split the rent for my current legal 2-bedroom basement unit to occupy the master bedroom.

I am friendly, relatively quiet, mature, considerate, drama-free and responsible, keep-to-myself type of person. I don’t smoke, don’t do any drugs, don’t drink, and I don’t have parties. I rarely bring any visitors over, and I am single. Also, I have no pets or kids. I prefer the same qualities in a compatible female roommate.

I’m looking for a compatible female roommate to help split the rent at this time for a minimum of a 6-month to a year commitment.
