i have a tight budget of 400 to 500 monthly. I am looking for a private, semi-furnished/furnished room, my move date is set for june 2024. . I am a quiet/private man on ODSP (disability) i would need a private semi-furnished/furnished room, preferred in a house with a couple/family. im not picky about the room. I need long term rental. i am 2x covid vaccinated. i am a smoker but will smoke outside. i am not into drugs or alcohol, I’m not a party person.
