Shakya

Hi there!

My name is Shakya/Shak. I work a full-time, remote job for a First Nations non-profit supporting Indigenous climate action across BC. I’ve been renting my place for a few years, and would love to find a roommate to invite a little more socializing through the day, as well as to support some long-term financial goals. That said, I am naturally introverted and generally keep to myself for the most part, but I’m also open to doing outdoorsy stuff together. I very much like to keep things reasonably clean as much as possible. In my spare time, I’m usually working towards my calisthenics goals, training for table tennis, going birding, biking, cold-plunging or playing my acoustic guitar (softly, quietly, and no Wonderwall covers). I don’t drink or smoke.

I do have an incredibly sweet and loving cat; however, if there are concerns about this, please let me know. Would love to find someone to team up with and find a 2BR unit to call home. I’m also flexible as far as move-in dates go.
