Hi. My name is Filip. I am 31 years old and I am from Croatia. I recently got my IEC visa approved and I am planning to move to Canada in the begining of the year 1st March 2027 prefered.
I grew up in big familiy of six ( With three older sisters) I grew up surrounded with a lot of animals also… I love them a lot but I like when people take care of them and respect other roommates. I am very tidy because I have spent 7 years living away from home.
I would like to find a fully furnished room in one of below mentioned neigbourhoods: Old Toronto, St. Lawrence, Garden District, St. Lawrence - East Bayfront, Cabbagetown south, Harbourfront, Garden District Downtown, Wellington Place Downtwon, Cityplace Downtown Toronto Rentals, Kensington Market, West Queen West, Alexandra Park.
My budget would be between 1200 CAD - 1500 CAD with BILLS INCLUDED.
